No need to wash furniture, plates, silverware or clothing. In fact, there is no cleaning needed after the fumigation!

Our most cost effective Basic packaged provides the fumigation, evidence cleanup and a 2 year service warranty. Our service warranty provides for 2 checkups during the warranty period at no additional charge. Also, it provides entire house coverage (not limited to just the areas of original infestation like other competitors offer.)

Our Concierge package provides the fumigation and ALL preparations including food packaging, plant trimming, potted plant removal and replacement, antenna removal (if necessary) and roof tile “insurance”. Of course the warranty is as complete as the basic package warranty. Two year or 4 year warranty is your choice.
